ENG vs PAK: Second Test certain to be a draw as rain wipes out Day 4

The fourth day of the second Test match between Pakistan and England also suffered from bad weather.

On the fourth day, due to rain, only 10.2 overs were played and the game was called off.

When the game started on the fourth day, Pakistan had scored 223 runs for the loss of 9 wickets, Rizwan 60 and Naseem Shah were present on the wicket with one run.

Mohammad Rizwan tried to be aggressive from the start of the game and after adding 12 runs to his score, he fell victim to Stuart Broad and the entire Pakistani team could score only 236 runs in the first innings.

England’s Stuart Broad took four wickets while James Anderson took three wickets.For Pakistan, Mohammad Rizwan scored 72, Abid Ali 60, Babar Azam 47 and Azhar Ali 20 runs.

When England started their first innings, opener Rory Burns was caught by Shaheen Afridi without scoring a run in the first over.

After the first wicket fell, the England team could play only 5 overs in total and the fourth day’s play was canceled due to bad weather and rain.Before stopping the game, England scored 7 runs for the loss of one wicket in reply to Pakistan’s first innings of 236 runs.
