Riyadh, 24th November: A drone attack was conducted on an oil plant by Houthis in the northern part of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

According to a foreign news agency, Saudi officials say that the fire at the oil distribution plant in Jeddah has been brought under control due to the terrorist attack of the Houthis.

According to Saudi Energy Ministry officials, the attack did not cause any casualties or affect oil supplies.

On the other hand, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) has strongly condemned the Houthi terrorist attack on an oil plant in Jeddah.

A spokesman for the Arab League, Brigadier General Turki al-Maliki, said the Houthi rebels had dropped a bomber on the kingdom to attack the civilian population in Saudi Arabia, but that the Arab coalition had taken action and shot down the drone.
The spokesman called the drone strikes by Houthi rebels a clear violation of international law and called on international organizations to take notice of Houthi terrorism.

Earlier on November 14, Houthi rebels tried to thwart a drone strike targeting a civilian settlement on Saudi soil. Also on November 12, Iranian-backed Houthi militia carried out five drone strikes on Saudi Arabia which were thwarted and all the bomber drones were destroyed.
