A terrorists attempt foiled in Balochistan
Quetta, 22nd October: A major terrorist attempt has been foiled in Balochistan.
Baaghi TV: On the information by the intelligence, the forces conducted an operation in Qamar Din Karez area of Balochistan in which explosives were recovered.
During the operation, the forces recovered 8 bombs in ready condition and each bomb weighing 6 to 8 kg. A bag full of improvised explosive devices (IEDs), remote controls, detonators, ball bearings and wires were also recovered.
According to sources, the explosives were possibly brought to Pakistan from Afghanistan and the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) had hidden the explosives for terrorism in Zhob and Quetta.
It may be recalled that on May 8, six Pakistan Army personnel, including a major, were martyred in a terrorist attack by miscreants in the Turbat area of Balochistan.
