In the first series of his videos that the anchor shared on his Twitter account, Aamir can be seen in the dark of the night, allegedly looking for money underwater.

Lamenting at the poor condition of Karachi after torrential rains wreaked havoc, he wrote in the text on his video, “I went out to get food for the children and myself, but the money has drowned in Bhutto’s water, brothers.”

He said, “the old furniture market in the land of my hard-working people has disappeared. I came here from home to bring food for my children, but I am trembling now thinking about those who have not been able to cook anything.”

Aamir Liaquat faced public criticism over the video and people accused him of making fun of the poor.

Dr. GM Khoso criticized Aamir and wrote, “everything sank but the shooting from your camera did not get disrupted. Does the nation still believe in dramas?”

After this, he shared another video, in which he revealed that his kids live in the Ittehad Commercial area, where the situation is poor. He wrote, “I have been roaming everywhere in search of diesel, now after finding it I will go take my motorbike from the Ayesha Masjid and then hand over all the necessary supplies to my children.”

He went to the extent of saying, “I can’t say the slogan of ‘Bhutto Lives’, because the water is alive, but can’t say the same for Bhutto.”
