Actor Ahmed Ali Butt signs a foreign project

Lahore, 2nd November: Pakistani actor Ahmed Ali Butt has started a new project for his first Indian Punjabi film ‘Phatte Dinde Chak Punjabi’.

Baaghi TV: Comedian Ahmed Ali Butt informed fans about his debut in Bollywood by sharing photos on Instagram with fellow actors from the UK on the first day of the shoot of his first foreign Punjabi film. 

The Indian Punjabi film will be shot in London and will be screened on Eid-ul-Adha in the year 2021.

It is a joint film of British and Indian production houses and it is hoped that the film may be released in Pakistan as well.

Referring to the film, Ahmed Ali Butt said that he is happy to work in a British Punjabi film as Pakistani Punjabi will be portrayed in a good role in the film.

He did not say anything about the story of the film nor did he specify what role he would play in the film. He wrote, “Bismillah.. today I start shooting my next film in the UK with an incredible international cast, director and producers. Need your prayers as always.”

While fans are congratulating Ahmed Ali Butt on this post, fellow actors are also sending congratulatory messages including Ghana Ali, Maya Ali, journalist Haroon Rashid and Asim Raza.
