Washington: India has sought more help from the United States following its support for non-permanent membership in the Security Council.

According to foreign media, the US and India have held online foreign secretary talks in which bilateral, regional and global issues were discussed. The talks were attended by Indian Foreign Secretary Harsh Sharangala and US Under-Secretary of State David Hale.

After non-permanent membership in the Security Council, India sought further assistance from the United States. Harsh Sharangala raised the issue of Indian student visas and called on the United States to reconsider the new order regarding Indian students.

It is believed that the United States has instructed foreign students to return because of online classes. The US decision will also affect millions of Indian students.

Yesterday, Pakistan raised the issue of Indian state terrorism at the United Nations. Pakistan’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations Munir Akram, while speaking against India, said that Anti-Terrorism Week was being observed at the United Nations, Indian state terrorism poses unwarranted threats to Pakistani security, notice should be taken by the United Nations.

Pakistan’s future envoy Munir Akram has opened a pool of Indian state terrorism at the UN. He said that India was involved in the Pakistan Stock Exchange Karachi attack. India was also involved in the attack on the Chinese Consulate in Karachi. India is supporting terrorist groups against Pakistan.
