Ali Zafar Defamation Case: An apology is what it takes!
Lahore, 9th October: A female blogger has finally stood up and apologized to Pakistan’s superstar Ali Zafar regarding the defamation case against him.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, a girl by the name of Humna Raza has come out with an apology to the actor-singer Ali Zafar.
Ali Zafar who has been under controversy for a long period of time due to the defamation case by the singer Meesha Shafi has shown how perseverance can payback.
The alleged girl has shared on her Twitter account the long apology letter to the 39-year-old singer.
Miss Humna has written that after Meesha Shafi tweeted about her allegations against Ali Zafar, she also tweeted that she felt uncomfortable around the superstar while taking a selfie.
However, now Miss Humna wants to clarify that it was confusion on her part which she misunderstood. She clearly states, “I shouldn’t have tweeted something so misleading that got blown out of proportion. My statement was used against Ali Zafar damaging his reputation and causing agony and pain to him and his family.”
In the end, she added, “I am sorry and will use my platform more responsibly.”
She had also tweeted later, “This is my authentic account, that was deactivated in the past due to other personal reasons. I reactivated it back in June.”
Seeking forgiveness specially publicly is considered a sign of weakness whereas it represents true courage and the most beautiful thing about a human being- the will to better oneself. I wish you the best of health and happiness. https://t.co/ceETCjRwSE
