American-Pakistani wins Mr. Pakistan award for 2020

Pakistan (16th Mar, 2020): American-based man of Pakistani origin, wins popular Mr. Pakistan World 2020 award.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, Hasnain who was born and raised in California, United States is originally from Lahore, Pakistan. The model has reportedly been granted the Mr. Pakistan World 2020 award, and aims to give recognition to men of Pakistani origin from across the globe.

Kevaan Hasnain is known for promoting Pakistan in the international community. Moreover, when he was asked about his post-award feelings, Hasnain stated that he “it’s truly surreal for me” and went on to say that he hopes to “make a difference in Pakistan”. Mr. Pakistan World added that Pakistan is the place where he has his roots, and is home to a nations “that has been so kind to me”.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, Hasnain is scheduled to meet with national, political and international dignitaries following his win including Governor Punjab, Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar, to relay his message to the Pakistani youth, that of advocating a positive image of the state.

In addition to this, Kevaan Hasnain is also considered to be one of the “pioneers” in bringing the Pakistani and American backgrounds together while concentrating his attention towards the youth of Pakistan, according to a German website.

As per reports, Hasnain is also scheduled to participate in further international pageants in the UK and Poland, respectively with the primary aim to represent Pakistan in the international community. Hasnain who is currently enrolled at University is studying business apart from his extracurricular activities including travelling, reading, fitness and representing Pakistan. The young model has has reportedly been actively involved in philanthropic work including contributing to charities such as the Pakistan-based SOS Village and the Edhi Foundation.

Following his win, Hasnain reportedly stated that he aims to “be a leader, a role model”, and hopes to set a goo example for others around him. Moreover, he stated that he hopes to inspire future generations as he has been inspired by the generation before him. Hasnain further stated that it “important to give back to the community and help the underprivileged”. He also stated that he plans to communicate his goals to the government of Pakistan in the hopes of making a positive impact.

With regards to participating in future contests, Kevaan Hasnain stated that he aims to “represent Pakistan” on a global level so that his country-folk can be proud of him. He hopes that constructive international recognition will help to improve Pakistan’s tourism industry.

Moreover, according to Sonia Ahmed who is the current President of Mr. Pakistan World has commented that the organization has a lot planned for Kevaan Hasnain especially with regards to teaming up with charities including active participation in environmental projects specific to Pakistan.

Sonia Ahmed added that while the current Mr. Pakistan World, Kevaan Hasnain is hoping to compete in international contests with the aim to advocate Pakistan, the organization is simultaneously focusing on involving its current and future winners with the aim to focus on much needed issues such as the following:

• Women’s issues
• Youth Issues
• Child Abuse issues

Ahmed added that they “are looking for a full year of various activities” to put “Pakistan on the map” in the international community.
