Another show-cause notice issued to Justice Isa

The Supreme Judicial Council has issued a new show-cause notice to Supreme Court Justice Qazi Faez Isa on Thursday, this time asking reasons for writing a letter to President Arif Alvi , following Presidential references filed against him.

According to reports of Baaghitv, Supreme Judicial Council has issued a fresh show-cause notice to Justice Qazi Faez Isa to explain his conduct for writing a letter to President of Pakistan, Arif Alvi, following the Presidential references filed against him at SJC. Justice Isa Faez has been given 14 days to submit reply to this show-cause notice.

A Lahore based lawyer Waleed Shahzad Butt has filed a complaint in Lahore High Court against Justice Qazi Faez Isa for violating code of conduct for judiciary by writing letter to President.
