According to Azerbaijani officials, the missile strike killed seven people and wounded 33, including children.
The Azeri Foreign Minister says he has every right to respond to violations. It should be noted that even before this, the Armenian army has been targeting Azerbaijani urban areas. Hundreds have died in the war since September 27.
Armenia and Azerbaijan, on the other hand, have accused each other of violating the ceasefire.
The conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia over the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has been going on for almost two weeks and the two countries had agreed to a temporary ceasefire through Russia’s efforts.
The ceasefire between the two countries began at 12 noon local time. The ceasefire lasted only five minutes, and both have accused each other of violating the ceasefire.
The Armenian Ministry of Defense said in a statement that Azerbaijan attacked Karakhan Bailey just five minutes after the implementation of the humanitarian ceasefire.
