Around 9 kgs Heroin Drug recovered from Lahore airport

Lahore, 2nd December: 9 kilograms of Heroin drug has been recovered at Lahore Airport.

Baaghi TV: Reports from Lahore Airport Security Force (ASF) reveals that a passenger from Rawalpindi travelling to Milan was carrying the drug hidden in his baggage.

According to reports, at about 0745 hrs a passenger Tasawar Ijaz Resident of Rawalpindi who was travelling to Milan via Doha by Qatar Airways flight QR-629 was held at International hold Baggage counter by ASF machine operator after being suspected of carrying Heroin.

During the manual search, ASF staff recovered Heroin, weighing 9.04 kg concealed at the bottom of his trolley bag.

The passenger was brought into ASF control room and after initial investigation at 0850 hrs was handed over to Anti-narcotics Force (ANF) for legal proceedings.
