Aryan Khan finally granted bail, will go home on Friday

Bombay High Court granted bail to Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, after 25 days of his arrest by Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the Mumbai cruise drugs case. The bail is granted after 25 days.
The High Court ordered the release of Aryan Khan on Thursday. Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha, his co-accused, were also granted bail by a single bench of Justice N W Sambre. “All three pleas have been accepted. By tomorrow evening, I shall have precise orders “Justice Sambre stated the following. The defendants are currently being held in Arthur Road Jail.
NCB advocate ASG Anil Singh stated his argument before the judge including:
“My claim is that he was found in possession. He had ties to narcotics traffickers. It was an amount that could be sold commercially. As a result, we used the numbers 28 and 29. It was only for four hours, and they were aware of the circumstances, therefore it couldn’t have been unlawful detention. It’s difficult to prove a conspiracy. The only one who knows how they conspired is the conspirator. I’ll leave it up to the court’s conscience.”

Mukul Rohatgi, Aryan Khan’s lawyer, spoke on his behalf, saying, “I only knew Arbaaz and had never met anyone else. It is true it is difficult to prove that there is a common meeting of the mind. Facts, on the other hand, cannot be disregarded. There must be a convergence of ideas. Although there may be conscious possession of 6 gms, how can you verify the other material recovered?”
Aryan Khan’s legal team, who is currently in judicial custody at the Arthur Road prison in downtown Mumbai, will now attempt to complete the legalities for this case to release him by Friday.
From Sonu Sood to R Madhavan, Shah Rukh’s former co-stars took to social media to express their relief. In his message, Maddy stated, “Thank you, God. I’m so relieved as a father… May everything that is nice and positive come to pass.”
Sood tweets in Hindi that translated to, “When time judges, then there is no need for witnesses.”

Rahul Dholakia, one of the Bollywood stars following the case, stated, “Finally!!! Bail Granted! #AryanKhanDrugsCase! Thank God!”
Swara Bhasker also joined in and said, “FINALLY !”
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) detained Aryan Khan, Merchant, and Dhamecha on October 3 and charged them with possession, use, sale/purchase of forbidden narcotics, conspiracy, and abetment under relevant sections of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act (NDPS).
