AstraZeneca announces shortfall in planned EU vaccine delivery

London, March 13 (AFP/APP): Anglo/Swedish pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca announced on Saturday a fresh shortfall in planned vaccine shipments to the European Union, citing production problems and export restrictions.
