Dec 30, 2021:  At least three people were killed and several others were injured in an explosion on Jinnah Road near Saleem Medical Complex in Quetta.

The rescue sources said the injured have been shifted to Jinnah Hospital. The security forces have cordoned off the area.

Dr. Javed Akhtar, Medical Superintendent (MS) of Civil Hospital Quetta, said in a statement that 13 injured people have been brought to the hospital and are being treated.

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Abdul Qaddos Bizenjo has condemned the incident and expressed dissatisfaction over the security arrangements in the provincial capital.
