Baaghi TV: Economic Coordination Council meeting to be held on 30th March to discuss recommendations commencing trade of cotton, yarn and white sugar with India.

The ECC meeting is to be held tomorrow,  chaired by the Minister of Finance and Revenue, in order to discuss the recommendations of commencing trade of cotton, cotton yarn and white sugar with India. The notice issued on behalf of cabinet secretariat, highlights that the import of the white sugar is to be done by TCP and other commercial importers. According to reports, the ECC notice will seek official approval in the meeting tomorrow.

It should be noted that there has been a continuous violation of ceasefire on the Line of Control  between the two countries in the recent past. There has also been a continuous uproar in the Media on both sides of the border regarding how a war might break out any second.

The government of Pakistan took the initial step followed by a positive step taken by the Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa who stated earlier that we should maintain a ceasefire on the LOC and deal with our matters separately. This was reciprocated by the Indian Government maintaining the ceasefire. Saudia Arabia and UAE supported the stance and the credit goes to their efforts in this regard.

According to Baaghi TV’s reports, the trade of cotton, cotton yarn and white sugar along with others will commence smoothly between the two countries. It is most anticipated that trade of other items will also start after approval of the notice.

This would also pave way for cricket series to be held between India and Pakistan. The entertainment Industry will also maintain its contacts as it did before.
