Beirut Blast: Ertugrul’s main cast express their sorrow

Lahore, 5th August 2020: A bomb blast near the Lebanese capital, Beirut, on August 4th killed at least 150 people and injured 4,000 others.

The blasts were so loud that their sounds could be heard as far as the neighboring Israeli city of Cyprus, and Beirut was declared a disaster area after the blasts.

While politicians and dignitaries from around the world lamented the deadly blasts, many celebrities also expressed grief on such a big tragedy.

After Pakistani celebrities, two of the main Turkish celebrities from the most-famous series ‘Ertugrul Ghazi’ have also shared their sorrow for the people of Beirut.

Turkish actor Engin Altan, who plays the brave warrior soldier Ertugrul, and the actress Esra Biljic, who plays Halima Sultan, in the series, have always shared their compassionate messages with their fans.

Engin Altan and Esra BIljik have shared words of condolence on social media over the horrific bombings in the Lebanese capital Beirut.

Bilgic shared a message on her Twitter account, “It’s all shocking, horrible and indescribable to me,” she wrote.

 

“I express my deepest condolences to all those affected by the bombings and share their grief equally,” she wrote.

On the other hand, Engin Altan also asked the fans to remember Lebanon in prayers in his message on Twitter.

It should be noted that the blasts took place on Tuesday evening in the area of the port located 20 km north of Beirut. The blasts were heard several kilometers away, destroying several buildings and burning dozens of vehicles parked on the highways.
