The Bombay High Court (HC) has issued a written bail order to Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan, in the Aryan Khan Cruise Drug Case.
According to Indian media, the court in its 14-page written order with bail order in Aryan’s bail case has clarified that the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has no evidence against Aryan Khan and his associates.
It may be recalled that the NCB on October 2, 2021 raided a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai and arrested Aryan Khan and others on drug charges. The Bombay High Court later granted bail to Aryan Khan in exchange for bail bonds of Rs 100,000, on which he was released after spending 26 days in jail.

The court ruled that “no evidence has been presented by the NCB to the court to prove that all the accused have a common intention to commit illegal acts”.
The court added that “just because Aryan and his friends Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamicha were on the same cruise, it could not be a basis for conspiracy charges against them.”
