According to a Baaghi TV report, a no-confidence motion has been filed against Prime Minister Imran Khan. Islamabad’s political climate is at its peak with opposition parties active, announcing rallies at D-Chowk.

If the no-confidence motion against Imran Khan is successful, then who will be the next Prime Minister? The main parties in the opposition alliance are PML-N (Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz), PPP (Pakistan Peoples Party), and JUI (Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam).

In a speech, former President and senior PPP leader, Asif Zardari, has said that we will remove Imran Khan and bring in someone noble. PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has also mentioned more than twice that PML-N leader Shahbaz Sharif will be the next Prime Minister and will keep the Interior Ministry strong.

According to informed sources in Baaghi TV, if the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan is successful, then PML-N President and Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly Shahbaz Sharif will be the next Prime Minister. These assemblies will complete their term and till then Shahbaz Sharif will be the Prime Minister. Opposition parties have stated they will not run in the by-elections, but Shahbaz Sharif has been named the next prime minister.

The PML-N leader is currently active in Islamabad. Two days ago, he hosted a dinner for the opposition parties in which the senior leaders of all the opposition parties participated. The MQM (Muttahida Qaumi Movement) delegation and Maulana Fazlur Rehman also met Shahbaz Sharif yesterday. Today, at the invitation of the MQM delegation, Shahbaz Sharif will visit them.

PML-N president Shahbaz Sharif has tweeted on social networking site Twitter, saying, “You can cut all the flowers but you cannot stop spring from coming.”

The political climate in Islamabad is constantly is heating up with the political parties becoming more active. The no-confidence motion has accumulated. According to reports, the National Assembly will convene on March 21, meanwhile, there will be a vote of no confidence on the 28th.

Both the government and the opposition need 172 members. Whoever gets 172 votes will be successful. Earlier, however, both the government and the opposition had announced to hold a rally at D-Chowk. When the PTI announced a rally at D-Chowk on March 27, Maulana Fazlur Rehman announced a rally at D-Chowk on March 25 and said that the decision on how long we would sit would be taken on the same day.
