Can people with one dose of COVID vaccine travel abroad?

Lahore, 3rd June: People can now travel abroad after getting one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

According to reports, people who have been partially immunized against the coronavirus can now travel abroad as the government will issue them a partial immunization certificate.

The National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has decided to issue certificates to those people who intend to travel abroad and have received their first dose of the coronavirus vaccine.

Sources have informed that partially immunized certificates will be issued to those people only who wish to travel abroad and have received their first jab.

They also informed that NADRA’s National Immunisation Management System (NIMS) will issue the certificates only.

NCOC head, Asad Umar had informed during the month of March that a portal has been launched countrywide where the Immunization Certificates against the COVID-19 vaccine will be issued to the citizens.

Umar informed that the citizens who have received both doses of the coronavirus vaccine can download their certificate from the website or can get it issued by visiting the nearby NADRA centers.
