Cancellation of Malaysian visit is “unacceptable”: PPP Leader

Islamabad (18th Dec, 2019): Pakistan Peoples Party leader, Nafisa Shah, concerned over the cancellation of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Malaysian tour. 

According to reports of Baaghi TV, Nafisa Shah the PPP Leader, has expressed concern over the cancellation of PM Khan’s visit to Malaysia for the Kuala Lumpur summit. She has reportedly stated that the matter will have to be brought in notice of the parliament.

Moreover, she has stated during a recent press conference, that the decision to cancel the foreign visit is completely “unacceptable” as it has been finalized without any consultation.

It is to be noted that the Prime Minister Imran Khan cancelled his tour for the Kuala Lumpur summit which is to be held in Malaysia. As confirmed by sources, the tour has reportedly been cancelled after PM Khan’s earlier visit to Saudi Arabia. It has been alleged that the summit tour has been cancelled because the Saudi Kingdom believes it may diminish the role of the Muslim Ummah.
