Lahore, 13th July: Regarding the Madrassa video scandal, a challan has been prepared against Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman, who was involved in sexually assaulting one of his students.
According to the report of Baaghi TV, challan has been prepared against Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman whose video went viral on social media last month.
According to the prosecution sources, Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman has been named as the main accused in the challan along with his five sons.
Mufti Aziz-ur-Rehman’s sons are accused of threatening to kill the plaintiff Sabir Shah, hence, his records given to police are made part of challan.
The challan will be submitted to the prosecution branch before the next hearing. The prosecution branch will review the challan and order approval.
It is to be recalled that Muft Aziz-ur-Rehman was arrested by the police from Mianwali, Punjab, where he had taken refuge after his video went viral on social media. He was caught under charges of rape and harassment of one of his madrasa students Sabir Shah.
