Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi and Usman Buzdar’s consultations regarding local body elections

BaaghiTV: The two sides discussed issues of mutual interest, political situation and local body elections and held detailed consultations regarding joint participation in local body elections.

Chief Minister Usman Buzdar inquired about the well-being of PML-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and expressed prayers and best wishes for his speedy recovery. Usman Buzdar said that under the new local government system, powers would be transferred to the lower level in real sense. Consultation process with the coalition party would continue.

Usman Buzdar said that the people of the province would continue to work together for the provision of relief. He said that Pakistan Muslim League-Q has an excellent working relationship and would continue its journey of service to the people without any hesitation.

Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi presented to Chief Minister Usman Buzdar a framed verse and hadith of Holy Quran in reference to the end of Prophethood. Principal Secretary to Chief Minister Amir Jan, Secretary Punjab Assembly Muhammad Khan Bhatti and concerned officials were also present on the occasion.
