China has dealt a major blow to India by asserting its sovereignty in Arunachal Pradesh and surrounding areas, after India’s unprovoked aggression against Pakistan.
The Chinese government has declared the giving of Chinese names to places in Xingnan (Arunachal Pradesh) as its sovereignty. A statement issued by the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that, “Xingnan is historically, geographically and administratively part of China” in the southern Tibet region. Giving these places Chinese names is part of our internal affairs.
