Chromatic Presents Anti Tobacco Post Card Competition Season 4 Among Youth

Islamabad: Chromatic, a non-profit organization dedicated to public health, is excited to announce the commencement of the fourth season of its Post Card Competition. This season’s theme, “Smoking/ Tobacco, A Burdon on Economy and Health” aims to engage and educate youth about the benefits of tobacco control measures.

Over the years, the Chromatic Post Card Competition has been instrumental in raising awareness among young people about tobacco control, receiving high praise from policymakers and youth alike for its impact and innovation. In previous competitions, Chromatic received thousands of entries, not only from students of different universities and colleges across Pakistan but also from a diverse group of young individuals eager to express their thoughts on tobacco control. This widespread participation has significantly contributed to educating the youth on the importance of tobacco control, helping to foster a more informed generation prepared to make healthier lifestyle choices.

Participants between the ages of 15 to 25 are encouraged to submit their original artwork or digital designs by May 25th, 2024, demonstrating their perspectives on the theme. The competition offers an opportunity for young artists to contribute to a vital public health debate and to win substantial prizes, with PKR 50,000 for first place, PKR 30,000 for second, and PKR 20,000 for third.
