Corona cases and deaths continue to rise in Pakistan
According to the reports of Baaghi TV, in the last 24 hours, 6 deaths have been reported from Coronavirus in Pakistan while 671 new patients have emerged.
The number of patients undergoing treatment for corona virus in Pakistan has dropped to 8,646 and 33,062 people have recovered.
According to the NCOC, the total number of deaths from corona in Pakistan has reached 6,558 while the total number of corona patients in the country is 318,266.
According to the NCOC, the number of corona cases in Islamabad has risen to 17,210. 100,484 patients have been reported in Punjab, 139,910 in Sindh, 38,273 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 15,498 in Balochistan, 3,900 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 2,991 in Azad Kashmir.
The corona virus has killed 2,252 people in Punjab, 2,543 in Sindh, 1,263 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 188 in Islamabad, 146 in Balochistan, 89 in Gilgit-Baltistan and 77 in Azad Kashmir.
There are facilities for corona patients in 735 hospitals in Pakistan and the number of ventilators for corona patients in hospitals is 1,920. There are 132 testing laboratories operating in the country and trace, test and quarantine strategies are working effectively in several cities.
