Lahore, 11th Feb: Senior Pakistani anchor person Mubasher Lucman, revealed some facts about China’s rapidly spreading deadly virus, and the havoc caused by it.
According to him, Chinese government is keeping many facts on coronavirus under wraps and not letting the actual figures out in the open. Prices of the medicines and commodities are increasing as per the reports of team Khara Sach from Pakistan, but China is trying to show the whole world that the situation is normal and things are getting under control.
This is, however, not the case, the world is getting anxious on this situation and it is correct to quote that the current condition is getting out of the hands of the Chinese officials.
In his recent video on YouTube, Mubasher Lucman, clearly mentions that since yesterday [10th of Feb 2020] approximately 108 people have suffered from this novel coronavirus according to the sources, and more than 1000 people have suffered death because of this virus.
According to some sources, many senior officials have been fired on account of their ineligibility to handle this worse situation and yesterday senior most Hubei Health Commission’s Head and it’s Party Secretary were terminated on account of negligence to provide proper health care in this regard. Similarly, a local Deputy Director of Red Cross was shunted out for not carrying out his duties in controlling this severe epidemic crisis.
According to the latest reports by anchorperson Mubasher Lucman and his team, there is a decrease of 20% in the number of people getting infected in Wuhan. Wuhan, which is a major contributor to the Chinese GDP, having a share of around 4.5% with major industries like food processing, automotive, steel and iron.
Due to the lockdown, the prices of daily commodities and edible items are increasing at a rapid pace and after cross checking from various sources, Mubasher Lucman reaffirms his claim on the current situation in Wuhan.
Chinese economy has taken a substantial dent due to the outbreak of this virus and it will take some time to recover. China is a major contributor to the world economy with a budget of over 14 trillion dollars amounting to approximately 16% share, and this comprises mainly of mobile phones and automobiles.
According to the analysis by the renowned Pakistani journalist as highlighted in his video, the Pakistani economy can also take a negative impact because of its close economic ties, a lot of electronics and machinery is being imported from China, whereas, fisheries and raw materials of different food processing industries is being exported to China. The Pakistani government is facing immense pressure on account of its citizens stuck in Wuhan.
In coming days government has to keep an eye on the developing scene and take some logical steps, not jeopardizing our relations with China, at the same time taking protective measures for its citizens. This delicate situation needs a careful handling.
