Coronavirus: India closes Kartarpur Corridor amid the outbreak

Lahore, 15th March: According to the reports of Baaghi TV, India has banned travelers coming from the Kartarpur corridor in view of the threat of the coronavirus.

The Indian Interior Ministry has imposed the ban while continuing to take protective measures against coronavirus. The ban will be implemented by India on the 16th of March from 12o clock midnight and will continue until the next order.

On the other hand, the number of coronavirus patients is increasing steadily in India. In the last 24 hours, 6 more cases of coronavirus have been reported which has increased the total number of patients to 84 in India. Six cases have been reported in Delhi, 10 in Uttar Pradesh, 4 in Karnataka, 11 in Maharashtra and three in Ladakh.

COVID-19: First coronavirus case reported in Lahore

It is noted that the number of people infected with the coronavirus in the UK has exceeded 800, killing 20 people. More than 2200 cases of coronavirus have been reported in the United States so far and 51 deaths due to COVID-19 have been reported there so far.
