Coronavirus: Number of confirmed cases and casualties increases

Lahore (25th April, 2020): The death toll of COVID-19 patients rises across Pakistan as number of confirmed patients also increases.
According to reports of Baaghi TV, the death toll of affected patients has risen to 253 across Pakistan. Meanwhile, number of confirmed cases has also increased.
According to the data released by the National Command and Control Center, the number of corona cases in Pakistan has reached 11,940 while 16 people were killed in one day, bringing the death toll to 253.
The highest number of 5,046 cases were reported in Punjab, 3,945 in Sindh, 1,708 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 656 in Balochistan, 307 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 223 in Islamabad and 55 in Azad Kashmir.
So far, one lakh thirty-eight thousand one hundred and forty-seven people have been tested in Pakistan and, 6,780 new tests have been done in the last 24 hours. Reportedly, 2,755 patients have recovered while the condition of 44 COVID-19 patients is critical.
There have been 253 deaths from corona virus in Pakistan:
- 75 in Sindh,
- 73 in Punjab,
- 89 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,
- 3 in Gilgit-Baltistan,
- 10 in Balochistan,
- 3 in Islamabad
