Court extended physical remand of Zardari.

An accountability court of Islamabad has extended physical remand of Asif Ali Zardari for 10 more days.

According to the reports of Baaghitv, former president and co-chairman of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Asif Ali Zardari was brought by NAB in accountability court. NAB deputy prosecutor general Sardar Muzaffar Abbasi contended extension in physical remand of Zardari for 14 more days in fake accounts case. A medical report of former president was presented by NAB in court.

Abbasi said former president wants to say something, when he was brought to rostrum. On the occasion, former president Zardari said commented, Court should extend physical remand for flat 90 days at once. Counsel for Zardari, Lateef Khosa said NAB has investigated nothing so for and they are just making stories. Accountability Court judge Arshad Malik granted 11 days extension in physical remand and directed NAB to  bring accused in court on July 2, 2019.
