Arzoo Raja and Ali Azhar were produced in court. Reiterating her statement, Arzoo Raja said, “I got married voluntarily. I am 18 years old.” The court said that, “according to your documents, you are under 18 years of age”. Justice K. K. Agha said that a medical board will be formed and it will decide Raja’s age.

The court ordered the formation of a medical board to determine the age of Arzoo Raja and said that Arzoo should be taken into the custody of Lady Police for medical examination. The court directed the Secretary Health to form a medical board, further hearing of the case was adjourned till November 9th. The applicant will remain in the shelter home until the age is determined.
