COVID-19 continues to spread across Pakistan, more deaths
Baaghi TV: The Corona virus is on the rise across the country, with each passing day. The deadly virus has killed at least 55 people in the past 24 hours.
In the last 24 hours, 44,627 corona tests were conducted across the country, according to data released by the National Command and Operations Center. After which the total number of COVID-19 tests has reached 5,672,166.

The highest number of deaths due to corona has occurred in Punjab where 3,115 people have lost their lives. 2,983 people have lost their lives in Sindh, 1,389 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 332 in Islamabad, 98 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 169 in Balochistan and 174 in Azad Kashmir.

The number of corona cases in Islamabad is 31,639, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 48,264, Sindh 179,240, Punjab 121,753, Balochistan 17,333, Azad Kashmir 7,151 and Gilgit-Baltistan 4,692.
Nationwide, the rate of coronavirus cases was 8.16%. Karachi Corona ranks first in the rate of positive cases with 20.12%.

According to the NCOC, the positive case rate in Hyderabad was 18.43%. Abbottabad has 14.53 per cent, Azad Kashmir 11.09 per cent, Balochistan 12.5 per cent, Gilgit-Baltistan 4.7 per cent, Islamabad 6.6 per cent, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 5.6 per cent and Sindh 14.1 per cent.
Coronavirus: Latest Global Developments
According to the NCOC, the rate of positive cases in Punjab is 4.2. The rate of positive cases in Lahore was 5.69, in Rawalpindi it was 4.95 and in Faisalabad it was 6.81. The rate of positive cases in Peshawar has come down to 9.17, 7.32 in Swat, 9.91 in Quetta and 10.57 in Mirpur.
