What steps did the Modi government take with the doctors fighting against Corona virus to make the doctors explode in response?

Medical personnel are on the front line in the war against COVID-19, tributes are being paid to medical personnel all over the world but, Modi government in India has withheld salaries of medical personnel which doctors have protested.
In addition to this, doctors in Delhi have written a letter to the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, in which they recorded their protest saying that they have not received their salary for three months, despite the fact that they are working in difficult times. They added that, we should be paid.

A large number of medical personnel in India are also being diagnosed with the corona virus.
The number of patients at Jagjivan Ram Hospital in Jehangirpur area of Delhi has reportedly risen to 59, including 11 doctors, 19 more employees of the hospital have also been diagnosed with corona virus, two days ago. The number which was 40 earlier, has now reached, 59.
Meanwhile, North Delhi District Magistrate says, patients in critical condition will remain in hospital while, the rest of the medical staff has been discharged to quarantine themselves at home.

On the other hand, 32 staff members of the Ambedkar Hospital in Rohini were diagnosed with the corona virus, including doctors and nurses. A few days ago, a woman suffering from COVID-19 came to this hospital. He hid his illness and later died at the hospital. The corona virus was transmitted from one woman to 32 medical personnel.
There are 111 private and 315 government laboratories testing corona in India and 74,500 tests were done on May 1. The number of laboratories in India has increased to 100 since the corona virus was detected. DBT, ICMR, ICAR, CSIR, DST, DRDO and various medical colleges and private sector institutes are also conducting tests for corona.

It should be noted, that the lockdown is in force in India till May 17th. Modi government has decided to maintain the lockdown across India for two more weeks due to the corona virus. The Indian government says that the lockdown will continue for two more weeks after May 4. However, where the risk is low, the lockdown will be relaxed while, the lockdown will remain in effect until May 17th under the new orders.
India is one of the few countries that has imposed strict travel bans in the wake of the Corona epidemic. Following the lockdown, which began on March 25, trains across the country were also banned.
