COVID-19: SP Sindh passes away

Karachi, 5th November: SP Raja Arshad of Sindh Police has passed away.

Baaghi TV: SP Raja Arshad had quarantined himself at home due to coronavirus. DIG Maqsood Memon said that Raja Arshad was taken to hospital after suffering a heart attack in the morning.

SP Raja Arshad was posted in Special Security Unit.

A spokesman of Sindh Police said that the number of victims of COVID in Sindh Police has risen to 3,474, and 3,430 officers and personnel have recovered. Due to coronavirus, 19 officers and personnel have died so far.

The second wave of the coronavirus has started in Pakistan, in the last 24 hours, the coronavirus has caused 26 deaths while 1,302 new patients have emerged.

According to the NCOC, the number of deaths from coronavirus in Pakistan has risen to 6,893 while the number of confirmed cases has risen to 338,875.

Special Assistant for Health Dr Faisal Sultan said that the second wave of coronavirus has gradually started in Pakistan. To deal with the second wave, SOPs will have to be strictly adhered to. By taking precautions, we can deal with another wave of coronavirus pandemic.
