COVID-19: Total number of cases crosses 70,000 in Pakistan

Latest statistics released by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC) show that total number of Coronavirus cases in Pakistan crosses 70,000.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, total active cases in Pakistan is estimated at 47,667 with 3,938 cases reported on the 1st of June.

A total of 76,398 cases detected across Pakistan with Sindh reporting the highest number of cases, and Azad Jammu and Kashmir the lowest number of cases.

It is to be noted that so far, 27,110 patients have recovered while, the number of casualties is reported as 1,621. So far, 78 deaths reported on the 1st of June.

According to reports of Baaghi TV, 824 patients are reported critical by the National Command and Operation Center.

It is to be noted that, 577,974 tests have been conducted with 16,548 tests conducted on the 1st of June. As per statistics of the NCOC, 727 hospitals with COVID-19 facilities are functioning with 4,736 patients admitted across the country.
