Cynthia D Ritchie feels better after being mysteriously poisoned
Lahore, 20th August: A day after the American blogger was admitted to a hospital after falling unconscious, doctors say Cynthia D Ritchie is feeling better.
According to details, doctors said on Friday that the US blogger and activist Cynthia Ritchie is feeling better now a day after she was rushed to a hospital in an unconscious state.
However, hospital authorities have confirmed that she is still undergoing treatment at the Polyclinic hospital in Islamabad.

According to reports from Geo News, sources from the hospital informed that doctors will only discharge her once they have thoroughly checked her medical reports.
Hospital authorities further revealed that her stomach had been washed and the toxic stuff extracted from it has been sent to the laboratory for further tests.
According to earlier reports, Ritchie was rushed to a hospital after she was found unconscious in her apartment in Islamabad.
As per reports from ARY News, after coming to senses, Ritchie recorded her statement to the police in which she said that ‘two Indian citizens had given her unknown substance before she fell unconscious.’

She informed the police that two Indian citizens came to her apartment and warned her not to stop working in Pakistan. After the discussion, they gave her some unknown substance, an intoxicant that had made her unconscious.
Meanwhile, police told on Thursday that Ritchie was brought to the hospital by her neighbor. The doctors had collected her samples to conduct the toxicology test that will be sent to the forensic agency in Lahore.
It is to be noted that the American blogger Cynthia D Ritchie is working on different film projects while staying in Pakistan on an extended visa. She made headlines last year in June when she accused PPP leader and former interior minister Rehman Malik of raping her.
She also alleged that the ex-prime minister Yousaf Raza Gillani had physically manhandled her a couple of years ago.
According to reports, both Malik and Gillani had refuted the claims made by Cynthia and said that it was a plot to malign the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).
