Cynthia De Ritchie Case: The bench for hearing to be changed
Islamabad, 13th November: The bench hearing the case of the American woman Cynthia de Ritchie has been changed.
Baaghi TV: The hearing was previously conducted by Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court Atharmanullah.
According to reports, PPP leader Rehman Malik requested to change the bench for the hearing and Chief Justice Atharman approved the miscellaneous request for change.
Rehman Malik had objected to the previous bench through a miscellaneous petition. Chief Justice Atharman has directed to fix the next hearing in the court of Justice Amir Farooq
As per sources, the court has adjourned the hearing till Monday, 15th November.
