ISLAMABAD, July 28 (Online): The Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Health, Dr. Zafar Mirza will launch a National Campaign to Reinforce Adherence to the COVID-19 SOPs, during an online event being organized by the Federal Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Government of Pakistan.
The objective of the campaign is to remind people of the Standard Operating Procedures to be adapted against the spread of coronavirus, as prescribed by the Government of Pakistan, and to urge them to follow preventive behaviours during the Eid-ul-Azha.
UNICEF Representative in Pakistan, Ms. Aida Girma; WHO Representative in Pakistan, Dr. Palitha Gunarathna Mahipala; Chairman, Council of Islamic Ideology, Dr. Qibla Ayaz and other prominent celebrities and sports personalities will also address the event.
