Ertugrul’s Halime Sultan will visit Pakistan soon


Lahore, 17th May: Pakistanis are drenched in the television series Ertugrul and not a single day passes that we do not hear people talking about Ertugrul Ghazi and ending up in news headlines.

The Turkish actress Esra Bilgic, who plays the famous role of Halime Sultan in the series has won the hearts of millions of Pakistanis. Esra who essays the role of the wife of Ertugrul in the series has expressed her wishes to visit Pakistan soon.

According to Baaghi TV, on her Instagram account, Halime Sultan thanked her Pakistani fans and said that as much respect as the Pakistanis have given me, my heart wants to go to Pakistan and thank the people there.

Halime Sultan, while paying tribute to the Pakistanis, said, “My best wishes and prayers are for you. I pray to Allah that you will always be happy and prosperous.”

Esra Bilgic’s role has become the center of attention and is being appreciated a lot.

Prime Minister Imran Khan also issued a special message on the occasion of the airing of ‘Ertugrul Ghazi’ on PTV and he termed the Turkish drama as close to not only Islamic but also Pakistani culture and history.

This series is being termed as the Turkish ‘Game of Thrones’ and this play is very important in terms of Islamic conquests in the 13th century.
