Explosion at Iranian nuclear plant, who is to blame?

Eshaq Jahangiri, Deputy for the Iranian President has reportedly made significant revelation concerning the safety of the nuclear plant. 

According to reports, he said that the recent fire at the Natanz nuclear plant was a result of the tussle between state institutions. Jahangiri added that the ongoing confrontation between institutions led to the fire at the site.

Other Iranian officials have reportedly confirmed the fire at the Natanz nuclear plant, however, Jahangiri stated that there was no damage.

Vice President, Iran said that internal divisions are behind the negligence in the security at the nuclear facility. According to reports, the outbreak of fire is being termed a terrorist activity which resulted in no casualties and/or radiation.

According to reports, the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization spokesperson Behrouz Kamalvandi claimed that it was the power network which was targeted at the nuclear facility. Moreover, according to reports of Iranian media, President Rouhani inaugurated new centrifuges at the plant last week.

According to Ali Akbar Salehi, head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization, the nuclear facility was subjected to sabotage and nuclear terrorism, and strongly condemned the incident.
