Exports rose 25.8% last month: FBS

The Federal Bureau of Statistics (FBS) has released trade data for July, according to which exports increased by 25.8% on a monthly basis and 6.4% on an annual basis last month.

According to the data released by the Federal Bureau of Statistics, the volume of exports in July 2020 was 2 billion, which is 25.8% more than in June 2020 and 6.4% more than in July 2019.

According to the Bureau of Statistics, the trade deficit in July 2020 decreased by 10.24 percent as compared to July 2019, while in July 2020, imports declined by 2.12 percent on a monthly basis and 1.97 percent on an annual basis.
