Famous celebrity lavishly spends millions at a Dubai bar
Lahore, 17th November: A famous British celebrity lavishly spent Dhs 1 million at a Dubai bar this week.
Baaghi TV: According to reports, British radio DJ Charlie Sloth spent more than Dhs1 million on Monday, November 16 at a bar in Dubai, a copy of which he shared on his social media account.
According to reports from the international news website What’s On, Charlie Sloth is in Dubai hosting a residency at The Penthouse.
The DJ shared a copy of his bill on his Instagram page with the caption: “When flexing and showing off goes wrong… 1 MILLION AED @fivepalmjumeirah @thepenthousedubai do you do credit?”

Reportedly, the celeb asked for a loan from the hotel authorities to which they refused and the rooftop bar replied to the post explaining that Sloth will need to foot the bill. The Penthouse commented: “Sorry Charlie. You know we don’t give credit we’ve been through this… please can you come to our head office as the CEO needs to speak to you urgently about your outstanding bill. #ThatsAlotOfDishesToWash”
The bill included two orders of shrimp cocktail, (AED 190) 2 wagyu tacos (AED 95 each) and grilled shrimp spinach salads for AED 95. The bill started racking up when he ordered but a couple of bottles of Belvedere (6 bottles for AED 15,000) 2 bottles of Ace of Spade 3L rose (AED 201,880) and a further 38 bottles of Ace of Spade Rose forAED 469,680.
The bill states that more than 50 bottles of champagne were ordered and so the exact total amounted to Dhs1,014,973.
Charlie Rouillon, born 20 August 1981, professionally known as Charlie Sloth, is a British DJ, producer and TV presenter. He has over 770k followers on Instagram and he’s known for living it large.
