Famous Pakistani Singer Passes Away
CHINIOT: Pakistani folk singer Allah Dutta Lonay Wala has passed away. His family has confirmed that after a long health battle, he has now found peace.
He was one of the best punjabi/Siraiki folk singer, well known for his high pitched voice and the way he played with his voice tones.
He has performed in both national and international shows.
The renowned artist famous for songs like Rus Rus Ke, Uchiyan Lamiyan Tahliyan had been battling a long term illness but couldnt survive.
Allah Ditta Lonay Wala was honored with President of Pakistan’s award ‘Pride of Performance’ followed by other awards. He was also given ‘Pride of Punjab’ award by Punjab Institute of Languages, Arts and Culture.
