Farmers’ union is writing to British MPs to stop UK Prime Minister visit India

Farmer leader Kulwant Singh Sandhu said on Tuesday that the farmers’ union has decided to intensify the ongoing agitation against the Centre’s three new farm laws. Addressing a press conference at the Singhu (Delhi-Haryana) border, Sandhu went on to add that farmers are joining the protest in large numbers.

“In today’s meeting, it was decided what decision will be taken on the proposal sent by the Centre,” farmer leader Kulwant Singh Sandhu added. He said that the farmers’ unions have decided to free toll plazas in Haryana on December 26, December 27, and December 28 in a show of anger.
