FBR takes action against Doctors not paying Taxes

The FBR follow-ups are being dealt every day in Pakistan.  First, traders were on their hit list, and now doctors. According to the reports, doctors who are charging heavy fees are now on the FBR radar. After traders, the decision was taken to bring non-registered doctors to the tax net.

According to the information, the FBR has asked the Member Details in 10 days from PMDC. According to the text of the FBR letter, the PMDC member doctors are bound to file a return under Income Tax Ordinance. According to the FBR data, many members of the PMDC are not returning the file. It is said that the government has given the responsibility to the FBR to expand its tax scope.
