Firdous Ashiq Awan dismissed, Shibli Faraz takes charge
In a recent development, Firdous Ashiq Awan is removed from the position of Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Information and Broadcasting.
The federal government has appointed Shibli Faraz as federal minister of information.
Besides, the incumbent government also appointed Asim Saleem Bajwa as special assistant to the prime minister (SAPM) for information.
