Fire at Dubai Duty-Free Warehouse
Dubai, 12th August: A fire broke out at Dubai Duty-Free Warehouse on Monday.
According to reports, a massive fire broke out at the Dubai Duty-Free warehouse on Monday which got under control within minutes.
Dubai Civil Defence was alerted around 2 pm and firefighters from Al Rashidiya center were quickly sent to the accident site in the Umm Ramool area.

Officials informed that the blaze was under control within 14 minutes. No injuries have been reported so far.

The cause of the fire is not known yet. It is not clear what products were stored in the gutted warehouse.
Officials of Dubai Duty-Free said all employees were evacuated safely.
“Dubai Civil Defence were quickly on scene and extinguished the fire within minutes,” said a Dubai Duty-Free spokesman.
“There were no injuries during the incident and we thank the emergency services for their swift action.”
