First Constitutional Petition of the year aims to challenge serving government?

According to Baaghi TV reports, the move to hold Senate elections by secret ballot was challenged in the Lahore High Court.

The first constitutional petition of the new year was filed by Azhar Siddique Advocate. The petitioner said that, in the Senate elections, allegations of rigging, are made. To allay fears of fraud, the Senate elections were held by open ballot.
