Lahore, August 17 (Online Int’l): Director General Sports Punjab Adnan Arshad Aulakh will be the chief guest at a floodlight hockey match being organized under the aegis of District Hockey Association Sheikhupura and Punjab Hockey Academy System (PHAS) to commemorate Independence Day on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
Mian Khalid Mehmood, Punjab Minister for Disaster Management Department, former Olympian Naveed Alam, DC Sheikhupura Asghar Ahmed Joiya, Secretary DHA Mubashar Ch, DPO Sheikhupura Islah-ud-Din Ghazi, MPA Khan Sher Akber Khan and other top officials will also be present on this occasion.
The hockey match will be played between DG XI and PHAS XI under the theme of ‘National Day with National Game Revival and Promotion’ at Sheikhupura Hockey Stadium Sports Complex at 7.30pm on Tuesday, August 18, 2020.
