Federal Minister Ali Zaidi has said that oil and gas company Exxon Mobil has rejected the baseless allegations of Shahid Khaqan and Muftah Ismail.

In a statement, Ali Zaidi said he had sent an ExxonMobil response to his letter to the Prime Minister’s House and called for an investigation into the allegations made by Khaqan and Muftah.

ExxonMobil has not only refuted the gibberish, but has also filed a complaint, according to Ali Zaidi, in their letter over the bogus charges of Shahid Khaqan and Muftah Ismail. ExxonMobil has stated that such unfounded claims deter national corporations from investing in Pakistan.

Federal Minister slammed the PML-N leaders, saying that Prime Minister Imran Khan’s performance has caused misunderstanding over the corrupt caricatures, that their words have harmed Pakistan’s international image, and that it is time to raise these crucial issues.

He claimed that in order to safeguard the Sharif family, unscrupulous cartoonists defamed Pakistan.
