Four dacoits arrested after police encounter in Islamabad


According to Baaghi TV, four dacoits were arrested after a police encounter in the area of ​​Noon police station in the federal capital Islamabad and heavy weapons and ammunition were recovered from them.

According to an Islamabad police spokesman, CIA police were informed that the armed suspects were coming to Islamabad from Rawalpindi in a vehicle. On this information, SP Investigation formed an immediate police team under the supervision of DSP CIA Hakim Khan.

The police team set up a check post at Motorway Chowk and started checking. The suspects in the car opened fire on the police team when they were chased the police team as they tried to flee. Police retaliated by firing and arrested four accused while one of the accused fled in a vehicle which is still being searched.

The arrested suspects include Mustafa alias Farid, Aimal Khan, Zabihullah and Yaseen alias Tariq. A Kalashnikov, three pistols and two hand grenades were recovered from the suspects. The accused have revealed that during the preliminary investigation, Sub-Inspector of Traffic Aslam Gul was martyred by them at the police line check post.

The accused have also revealed robberies in different areas from which further investigation is underway.
